3. Orders & Payment

3.1 By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
3.2 Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.
3.3 Payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment gateways (e.g., Yoco, PayFast). Foxy Sleepwear does not store your banking details.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or error in pricing).

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery times are estimates only. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur outside our control (e.g., courier delays, strikes, load-shedding).
4.2 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
4.3 Delivery fees are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5.2 Customers are entitled to the rights provided under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
